Signature motivational keynote:
Whether you’re selling, interviewing, or motivating a team, success depends on
convincing the other person—and the quickest and best way to do that is through
"rapport by design."
Using the science of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (built upon body language,
attitude, voice, and synchronizing behavior), Boothman shows how to create a
winning first impression and, within 90 seconds, a lasting trust. Then, when those
90 seconds are up, he shows how to master the people-to-people skills that are
essential to an ongoing business relationship.

Topics covered:
1.  First Impressions - The Hidden Code
This 60 - 80 minute motivational, upbeat keynote begins with the ABCs
of Face-to-Face Communication: Attitude, Body-Language and
Conversation. First impressions set the tone for success more often than
class, credentials, education or what you paid for lunch. Whether you
like it or not, people decide how they feel about you in the first two
seconds of seeing you, or hearing you, if it's on the phone. If they
trust and like you, they will unconsciously tend to see the best in you
and look for opportunities to say "yes." If they don't trust and like
you, the opposite is true.
2.  The Communication Code
Without communication, cooperation is impossible. so I show how to simplify
ideas so they make sense to others quickly because simple messages
attract, inspire unity and action while complex messages confuse, repel
and divide.
3.  The Emotional Factor
Next we look at How to Move People Emotionally in 90 Seconds or Less
because eighty percent of the time people make their decisions based
on their emotions - even though they think they're being rational. The
audience will learn to place simple, memorable, emotional images in
the hearts and minds of other people. Images that represent what you
want to communicate: be it ideas, values, motivation, knowledge or
understanding.
 Audiences learn to:
      - Generate trust and respect at first sight
      - Maximise first impressions
      - Simplify their message
      - Use Irresistible Language Patterns
      - Give their message a hook and a point
      - Be memorable for the right reasons
      - Read body language
      - Get people talking and keep them talking
      - Identify the different ways clients and colleagues communicate
      - Know their message is getting through
      - Network and grow their business
